Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
6.3 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and pursue legal action to recover losses and fees incurred.

- Engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to defraud us or other users

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
9.2 "As Is" Basis
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question, or $100, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Failure.gg and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
